Who this site is

evita.io is the website of eVita. The company details that belong in the legal notice are not final yet. Until they are, questions about this policy can wait for the address published on the legal notice.

Booking a call

The booking form stores your name, work email, who writes your LinkedIn posts, and whether you have a target-company list. We use that to prepare the call. If a calendar provider is embedded on the booking page, that provider also receives the details you give them. No calendar is embedded until a booking URL is configured.

The showroom

Customers receive an access code by email. The code opens one offer: company, contact name, scope, price and term. The database stores that offer and the code. Offer pages are not listed in the sitemap and ask crawlers not to index them. The code is the access. There is no separate password.

Cookies and measurement

The public pages do not set advertising cookies and do not load a third-party analytics script. A consent banner will be added only if a tool that needs consent, such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag, is switched on.

How long

Call requests and offers are kept while they are needed to answer the enquiry or to perform the agreement, and then deleted or revoked. A revoked code no longer opens the offer.
